There is no other player in your box
Users of Grand Ace do not pass information to one another. There is no inbox,
no shared locker, no public feed of who you picked. A forecast you save is
your mark on your own scoreboard. It is not handed across the net to another person.
What we refuse to collect
Core 4 Life does not build a warehouse of personal dossiers from this app.
We do not ask for a home address to unlock a draw. We do not sell a list of
who you are. The developer does not harvest personal data as a product.
Preferences such as tour focus, display language, a name, or an avatar exist
to shape what you see and how the phone feels — not to introduce you to strangers.
If a setting can stay on the device, that is where it belongs.
The one mark we may keep
At most, a unique identifier can exist so the product can tell one installation
from another. That mark is used for basic tracking of whether the app is healthy
and for delivering optional push notices to the correct phone. It is not your
legal name, not your mailbox, and not a profile you publish.
Third-party services that step onto the court
A short list of outside services helps the app run. They are not hidden
behind the umpire’s chair. Each one is a third-party service with its own rules.
-
Firebase — infrastructure and technical events that keep
the product standing. Operated by Google. Third-party service.
-
OneSignal — push notices, and only if you allow them.
It may rely on a device-level identifier so a message can land on your phone.
Third-party service.
-
OpenAI — used when Grand Ace needs generated text,
such as tournament information assembled after a search. Third-party service.
What leaves the phone for generated text
When you type a tournament name or a short request, that typed message is
what travels for generation. Not a contact book. Not a photo roll.
Not a history of where you have walked. You send the words you entered.
That is the payload.
OpenAI receives the text of the message you wrote — and not a bundle of personal life attached to it.
Notifications
The stadium can stay quiet. OneSignal only speaks if you open the door.
You can change that later in the profile and on the device itself.
If the lines are redrawn
Should this court change, the date at the top of the page will move with it.
Questions about these lines go to the chair.
